How long does sampling take?
Sample development takes 5–7 calendar days after design and yarn details are confirmed and the sample payment is received. Shipping time is not included.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production takes 20–25 calendar days after the pre-production sample and order details are approved and the deposit is received. Shipping time is not included.
Can I send reference images instead of a tech pack?
You can send reference images to start a discussion. We will review your requirements and identify the specifications needed for sampling and a quote.
