Sample order
For samples, we usually send it directly to you by DHL/UPS/Fedex, and the transportation time is 5-7 daysBulk order
For Bulk order, We have three different kinds of logistics:
1.The DHL/UPS/Fedex Express（5-7 days,）
2.The air freight for Freight forwarder （12-15 days,All taxes included）
3.The sea freight for Freight forwarder （30-35 days,All taxes included）
Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

CUSTOM SERVICE
Design & Specification
Send your design or reference images, preferred yarn, sizes, quantity per design and color, and target delivery date.
Sampling
Samples start from 1 piece. Development takes 5–7 calendar days after design and yarn details are confirmed and sample payment is received.
Bulk Production
Bulk orders start from 20 pieces per design and color. Production takes 20–25 calendar days after the pre-production sample and order details are approved and the deposit is received. Shipping time is not included.
