For samples, we usually send it directly to you by DHL/UPS/Fedex, and the transportation time is 5-7 daysBulk order
For Bulk order, We have three different kinds of logistics:

2.The air freight for Freight forwarder （12-15 days,All taxes included）

Our Requirements
We can customize any sweater, you just need to send us your design file, or tell us your ideas, we can customize the sweater for you. After receiving your request, we will reply to your request in time and get all the details from you. Make sure the quality of the sweater is what you expect.
Sample Production
After confirming all the details of the sweater, we will start to produce samples, the production time of the samples is about 7-8 days, after the samples are completed, we will take pictures for you to confirm and then send to you via DHL/UPS, Please contact us if you need to modify the sample after receiving it.
Mass Production
When it is confirmed that the sample clothes are exactly as you expect, we will make sweaters in batches through a powerful production line. In addition, we will keep you updated with the production progress. Make sure every step is what you expected.
Quality Inspection
To be able to ensure that all sweaters are of the expected quality. Our strict and experienced quality inspection team has carried out many strict inspections and supervisions in the selection of raw materials, fabrics, craftsmanship, sewing, ironing and packaging.

from beginning to end Tony was amazing!! He was attentive, he always replied immediately, he answered all of my questions, he is very knowledgeable in what he does. when Tony created the mock-up for my sweaters, I knew he was the one I wanted to work with. the material feels amazing and looks amazing as well. I love everything about this product, I can’t wait to work with him again on future projects. also the shipping was amazing, it came sooner than the date he stated that it would come. I wish I can give Tony 100 stars because 5 just isn’t enough. I would recommend to everyone who’s trying to start a luxury clothing line.

The quality of the product exceeded my expectations. Leon was very attentive and responsive and kept me posted on every move when asked. The only issue was the sizing was a little snug. I should have added more inches to my measurements so that was my fault.
